The Ecoglo® egress system is illuminated by natural or artificial light sources.
The performance of the photoluminescent components depends upon the amount of light and the time of exposure to that light.
Based on the type of lights in the facility (ref: ACTIVATION SOURCE TYPE) and the brightness of those lights (ref: MINIMUM ILLUMINANCE AT TARGET) Ecoglo will supply the time (ref: ACTIVATION DURATION) that the lights must be left on to charge the photoluminescent components prior to a performance.
